For payments made with a card issued by a Foreign Bank, we kindly request that you refrain from conducting more than 10 transactions within a 6-hour period. This applies to:
Payments to a single CEB Account.
Transactions are made using a single device.
Payments processed with a single card.
Ensure you retain one of the following as proof of your online bill payment:
Confirmation email.
Payment confirmation SMS.
If you've received a Disconnection Notice, please present any of the aforementioned payment proofs to our disconnection staff upon their arrival at your premises.
Please be aware that partial payments may not settle your disconnection notice. For further clarification, feel free to reach out to our call center or your respective Area Office.
Kindly note that transactions are subject to reconciliation until CEB receives payment confirmation from the respective bank.
